How to gain weight ? Yes you read it right. Many people asks this question a lot of times. Like, how many of us wants to loose weight , at the same time there are some people who want to gain weight. Gaining weight is very easy, Just eat a lot !! . But wait, with eating healthy. You can either gain weight through junk food or by eating healthy foods. It all depends on you. Today I will share with some tips on how to gain weight with some healthy foods.
How To Gain Weight
1 – Banana with Milk
Bananas are very rich in fiber, and contains good amount of Vitamin B6 which helps in producing red blood cells. The casual way to take banana with milk is through milkshakes. But here one more healthy way.
Directions : Before going to bed at night. Take 4 banana’s in a plate or cup and crush them. When its becomes like pudding paste, eat it with spoon. After that drink semi hot milk. Do some walk for 15 to 20 minutes and then go to sleep. Do this process for 1 month and you will see a weight gain.
2 – Dates With Milk
Dates are very rich in nutrients and provides the body with all the vitamins and minerals.
Directions : Take 2 – 3 dates daily with a glass of milk. It is considered very helpful and gaining weight the natural way.
3 – Figs With Milk
Figs are also one the best dry fruit which helps in gaining weight naturally.
Directions : Soak 2 or 3 figs in a milk overnight and then boil the milk in the morning. Eat the figs and drink the milk.
Note : Figs also helps in reducing weight if taken after soaking in water.
4 – Mangoes With Milk
Mangoes are one of the delicious fruit and also considered the king of fruits in some parts of the world. They are rich in vitamins and minerals. The fructose present in mangoes helps human body to gain weight.
Directions : Eat one rip mango 2 or 3 times a day followed by a glass of milk. You can also make mango shake and drink 2 or 3 times day. After a month you will experience a healthy weight gain.
5 – Almonds With Milk
Almonds contains a good amount of healthy fats and fiber which adds good amount of healthy calories in our body.
Directions : Add 3 or 4 almonds in a milk and boil it. After its gets boiled , allow it to cool and drink the warm milk and eat the almonds. Do this for 1 to 2 months daily , You will see a healthy weight gain.
