Some people go to drugstores for a quick-fix to cure constipation which can be helpful for a certain period of time but in the long run natural treatment is healthy and long lasting. Olive oil and Castor Oil

Oils are very beneficial for the body which makes it healthy and protect from harmful bacteria’s. Olive oil and Castor oil are one of the best oils to treat constipation. They stimulates the large and small intestines that helps in moving things through the colon easily. Castor oil is an ancient method to treat constipation and also works as a laxative.

What you will need

– 1 table spoon of olive oil only if you are treating with olive oil

– 1 table spoon of castor oil only if you are treating with castor oil.

Directions

First of all, I would like to make one thing clear that Olive and Castor oil and two different methods so don’t mix them.

Take 1 table spoon of Olive oil in the morning empty stomach ( You can also add some lemon drops which is helpful during constipation)

Take 1 or 2 table spoon of Castor oil in the morning empty stomach.

It is best to take either of these oils daily in the morning empty stomach until you see some good results.

Sesame Seeds

Sesame seeds are also known as natural laxatives that moisturizes the intestines and improve your digestion. Consuming these seeds can be a guaranteed cure for all the digestive problems. Directions

Sesame seeds can be taken in many ways but the best way is to add the seeds in cereals or salads. You can also crush them in a grinder and use as a sprinkler on the food as seasoning.
